ARI, operated at teleari.com, provides an automated receptionist service used by businesses to answer customer calls and text messages. When you send a text message to a business that uses ARI, ARI and the business's team may reply to you by text.

How you consent to receive texts

You consent to receive SMS text messages when you text one of our business numbers first, or when you give your phone number to a business that uses ARI and ask to be contacted. Messages may be sent automatically by ARI or by a member of the business's team. Consenting to receive messages is never a condition of any purchase.

What to expect

Messages relate directly to your inquiry: answering questions, understanding your request, scheduling, appointment reminders, follow-up after a missed call, and connecting you with a person when needed. Message frequency varies based on your conversation.

Opt out any time

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Privacy

We use your information only to operate this messaging service on behalf of the business you contacted. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
