Terms of Service

Last updated August 31, 2026

The service

ARI AI, operated at teleari.com, provides an automated receptionist that answers calls and text messages for your business using information you approve. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything configured in your workspace. You must have the authority to act for the business you register.

Your content and responsibility for it

You control the knowledge, greetings and rules your receptionist uses. You are responsible for their accuracy and legality, including any claims about your own products, prices and services. ARI is designed to answer only from your approved content, but you remain responsible for what you approve.

About AI-generated responses

ARI's responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While the system is built to stay within your approved information and to hand unclear questions to a person, AI can make mistakes, and no specific business outcome is guaranteed. ARI is not a substitute for professional, legal or emergency services, and the service does not place emergency calls.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, for sending unsolicited marketing messages, for harassment, or for deceiving callers about whether they are speaking with an automated system. Messaging through the service is also governed by our Messaging Terms and carrier rules.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe, with the included usage stated on the pricing page. Usage beyond your plan's included allowance is billed at the published overage rate, and we notify you before overage begins. You can cancel any time; service continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.

Availability

We work to keep the service available around the clock, but it depends on telephone carriers, messaging networks and other infrastructure we do not control, and it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service, its users or callers.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced to account holders, and continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
